Here is a beautiful, very rare 1928 Model A Phaeton in great condition inside and out. This is an original Denver, Colorado car that was brought to Arizona over 20 years ago. The car is totally rust free and retains all its original sheet metal throughout being kept indoors its whole life. This is an all steel car that was restored over 20 years ago. It shows its age a touch as with any older restoration but makes a great drive the way it sits. The car recently came out of an older gentleman?s estate. He owned the car almost 20 years and was a mechanic by trade so the car always well maintained. The car was actually used quite frequently and is a great little runner. It was driven up Pikes Peak earlier this year and driven trough Death Valley last year. Although the car is an older restoration, it still won first place the last two year for the 28-29 open class in the Laughlin Nevada Model A show. It is truly a rare collector car. This car is tons of fun to drive with people giving thumbs up every time she goes for a spin! Great for cruising or driving in parades. The car is a real head turner being one of the most highly recognizable vintage cars ever produced. The Ford Phaeton is one of the rarest of the Model A's produced in 1928! This 1928 Model A was well restored about 20 years ago but is great for a driver. The car was very well kept. The paint job again is several years old and has a few chips and flaws here and there but it still looks great. This Model A was restored from an original unmolested car that was in storage in Denver for many years. This car is 100 Percent steel, "No fiberglass or aftermarket parts". The interior and top are both in excellent condition and finished in the correct material. Mechanically, the engine and transmission run flawlessly! This little Model A is a blast to drive. She has a healthy 4cyl Flat Head Ford backed by a 3 Speed manual transmission. The engine was rebuilt not long ago and purrs like a kitten. Even retains the original early red steering wheel and working uga horn that are timeless. There are the normal squeaks or rattles coming from 80 year old Model A Ford. This is a wonderful parade or weekend boulevard cruiser or just a conversation piece. Every option operates as it should. The engine compartment is all stock appearing.
