1976 Suzuki RE-5

This is a 1976 Suzuki RE-5 Rotary Motorcycle. It has been in storage for about 3 years. I just put a new battery and gas in it, and it fired right up. It does leak a little gas out of the carburator after it sits for a while. I believe it is all stock except the handle grips. This is a very unique motorcyle that Suzuki made for only 2 years. I would say the condition of this bike is good for its age. The seat is all original and in very good condition. The mufflers are very solid, but do have a little surface rust in a couple areas. The fork tubes have some minor pitting in them. The chrome on the front fender is decent, but it does have a couple extra holes drilled into it. The gas tank does have a couple dings in it as can be seen in the close up picture. Sorry, but a couple of the pictures are a little blurry. The tires are like new on it with no weather checking. This is a neat bike to ride, and it draws alot of attention every where you go. With a little detailing, this bike could be really nice. It is being sold with no reserve and at a very reasonable starting price. Thanks for looking.
