Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is my 2006 Ford Mustang Convertible, V6 4.0 Liter, Automatic, Legend Lime exterior paint color with black top, upgraded Pony Package, CUSTOM one-of-a-kind matching green & black leather interior (I had the seats made by an after market company when I purchased the car). You won't find these seats anywhere! Also comes with a stock 6 disk CD changer, Anti-lock braking system, premium wheels, power windows/door locks, cruise control, rear spoiler. I'm going to miss this car! I get so many compliments from random strangers since the Legend Lime is a unique/rare retro color. I planned on keeping the car forever, but with the birth of my first child it's too dificult to fit a car seat in the back seat so I have to sell in order to buy a "family" vehicle. This is a one-owner car, adult driven, mostly highway miles. Well maintained & cared for. I had the oil changed religiously and kept up on any necessary repairs. I looked on Kelley Blue Book and for this exact car in "Good" condition it retails for $10,540. In mint condition it retails for $11,290. I would say it's "Good" condition since it would need 2 repairs done to it for it to be mint: 1) The rear defroster is currently not working and needs to be repaired. 2) There are some surface rust/paint bubbling along the edge of the hood as seen in one of the photos. I researched & found out this is a common occurance in the 2005/2006 mustang model years since Ford manufactured the cars with aluminum hoods. During the painting process at Ford's factory some airborne particles were on the cars before the cars were painted causing the paint to bubble up after a few years. I considered having the hood repainted before selling but decided to leave as-is and let the next owner do it if it bothers them. I have priced the car accordingly (The auto body shop I took it to said it would be about $450 to repaint the hood). There are also 2 surface scratches on the hood that would be taken care of if the hood was painted. The front bumper has a small black line at the very center from wear. There is a very, very small amout of wear on the convertible top as seen in one of the close-up photos (on the edge-from putting the top up & down). There's also a very TINY pin-size ding on the back trunk by the Pony emblem. Other than that, I cannot think of anything it needs. The tires look like they still have a fair amount of tread on them. If you have any questions, please let me know. If you live in the area and would like to see the car before purchasing, I welcome you to take a look. The car is pick-up only. If you need to ship the car, arrangements would have to be done by you & I will assist in any way I can. Thanks & happy bidding!
