The strong running 350 engine has been overhauled, doesn't smoke and has no leaks, rattles or knocks. The new dual exhaust system has a nice throaty sound that is not too loud, but yet will turn heads when you go by. The automatic transmission shifts perfectly through all the gears. The car drives nicely down the road and the front end is nice and tight. The tires have great tread, but I am not sure how old they are, so it is always best to plan on new tires to be safe. It has power steering which is a nice option on these older muscle cars! The underside of the car was undercoated from the factory, and although it is not detailed to perfection on the underside, nothing has been hidden! There is no rust and never has had rust. I listed the car as 99% rust free and the only spot that I can see a sign of any rust is a small spot on the underside of the hood right behind the chrome molding. No one can see it, and it is not something that will cause a problem for a long time, but I wanted to mention it. The paint is recent and looks very respectable, and shines, shines, shines! As you look down the side of the car, it is laser straight with no scratches, gravel chips or major dents. I saw one very small ding about a foot behind the left headlight on the drivers fender, and 2 very small dings on the deck lid where it looks like they shut the lid on something in the trunk at one time. these can easily be removed by a paintless dent repair place for less than $100. The matte black SS stripes are perfect, with no peeling or fading. The trunk area is perfect with no signs of rust and it has been detailed nicely. The interior of the car is fantastic as well. The headliner, dash, door panels, carpet and seats all look great! I believe all of the lights work, as well as the speedometer. There are always a couple of guages that act up on you, but nothing major. The wipers work as they should, and the windows all roll up and down as new. I know of nothing that needs attention on the car, but when you bring it home, if you are like me, you will always want to do this and that to your baby to make it yours. Since the car is 40 years old, we are selling it "as is" with no expressed or written warranty, so feel free to ask questions or come look at it and drive it before you bid.
