one Scooter with 217 actual miles made by ROKE Model MC - 02- 50 B One Owner - sales person said it has same parts as honda will not start {I suspect carburation problem} and probably needs a new battery selling as is for repair. Other than the problems mentioned it is in good condition mechanically and will be good to go once starting problem is fixed. It has a couple of cosmetic issues due to an embarressing tumble my wife had at the local supermarket parking lot. shown in photos Has electric and kick starters, All electronics {head n tail lights, blinkers,starter,horn}worked the last time I drove it. It is missing the rubber cover for floorboard/battery. If you have a knack for fixing scooters this will be a great buy.
