Up for sale today is a 1979 Chevrolet K5 Cheyenne Blazer. This is an awesome SUV. It has a 350 engine with a Turbo Hydromatic 3 speed automatic transmission, NP-205 gear driven transfer case, chrome valve covers and air breather, headers with Flow Master exhaust running out in front of the rear wheels, and a 4 barrel Quadra-jet. It is lifted 6" with a set of 35x12.50x15 M/S tires. Has a removable top with sliding windows also. It has black carpet with only the driver and passenger seat along with the center console. No rear seat. We purchased this Blazer almost 8 years ago and have only put about 300 miles on it since we bought it. I crank it and drive it to the end of the road and back a few times ever so often just to keep the fluids circulated. It does have a little surface rust in places. Barely noticeable. Also the rocker panel on the passenger side needs to be replaced. But if you're looking for a solid old vehicle that doesn't need much to fix up, this is the one.
