.............I bought this for my elderly parents and they dont want it.Too big,and dont want the V8.....So,I just bought them an Escape.......Here is a good looking 1997 AWD 5.0 , clean body with hardly a door ding.No accidents or paintwork.Drivers seat bottom shows wear.Top of steering wheel leather is loose.Console lid has a small defect,seen in photos.Interior overall Id say is clean,but would be cleaner if it were mine.I thought of keeping it through the winter,but just dont need it.Cold a/c hot heat.Rear seat controls for audio and a/c,heat.Decent tires will certainly get you through the winter.Check engine light came on one time.Code shows rear 02 sensor.Pep boys cleared it and it has not come back on in the last 40 miles.The only other thing,I saw a few drops of antifreeze from what appeared to be the bottom of the radiator before I left.80 miles home no leak,100 miles later I see no leak.Runs great.Just want you to know.Cruise control works as doea all else Ive tried,including that keypad on the drivers door. The 210 HP 5,0 engine runs perfectly,and its engine bay is as clean as any car Ive seen.FRONT slush mats are from my truck and are NOT included,you can have the rears.The factory mats are under all 4 spots anyway.Clear NJ title in hand,I have 1 set of keys with 1 remote. Not a new truck. I am not selling at new or perfect price.All 15 year old cars will require some fixes and maintainence.Ive not had it long enough to really put it through its paces.That said,she drove fine 80 miles home at 75 mph.Online sites say miles for this truck and year range from 175k-225k,so at 125k this truck has a lot of life left.Its not new or perfect,but dealers would have this on here for a whole lot more plus their silly fees.Please only bid if you are buying.Deposit at auction end is a must for me to hold this 4x4.I will not wait long.Thank you.On Dec-29-11 at 12:09:13 PST, seller added the following information:Please DO NOT bid on this auction if you do not understand or agree with my listed terms.Deposit must be made at auction end.Low feedback bids will be cancelled.I have gotten a few requests to pick up or meet at airports.I can not.You must pick vehicle up in person or have it shipped.Thank you
