Hello ,this is the first vehicle I have listed on ebay so please bear with me.I am selling my 1981 Mercedes 300D Diesel auto.It has 281,000 + miles on it. I have owned this car for about 7 or 8 years.Last year my Daughter started driving and She used the car for school for about a year.I just bought her a new car that is why I am selling.The car runs well.I have never had any problem with the Diesel engine since I bought it .The transmission also shifts well and the auto is inspected until end of January 2012.In the past year the Mercedes has new brakes,roters and tires on all 4 wheels.New battery,alternator,voltage regulator and water pump also this year.The power windows do not work but I have a new center section power unit that I was going to install .Seats are in pretty good shape with no rips .Some of the dashboard trim is missing.Sunroof stopped working a couple of years ago and I really do not know what it needs.Air conditioner needs a compressor.There is body rust that I have been patching over the years on the wheel panels.Paint is faded.Radio works but needs part of one knob.The vehicle does start and runs well and can be driven away. I am sure I will think of something else so please ask questions and I will answer to the best of my ability.The Mercedes is located in Telford ,Pa. Please note I have the original owners manual ,a spare tire and original jack that comes with the vehicle.I also have the original (4)Mercedes Benz hubcaps that are not on the vehicle.I have never had an accident while I have owned the vehicle.
