You are bidding on a 2001 Toyota Camry Sedan V6 LE, the "gold standard" in reliable transportation for five people. V6 engine, air conditioning, automatic transmission, power windows, power door locks, power driver's seat, cruise control, ABS, traction control, JBL sound system with CD and cassette player. All service records for the last 7 1/2 years that we have owned the car. Meticulous maintenance schedules followed by obsessive compulsive owners who at one time owned four Camrys. This car will last, and last and last and get you where you're going in comfort. Everything works on the car, and I would not hesitate to set off for a cross country trip in this car today. That being said, the car is not perfect, and has the following points you should be aware of: 1) Cover for lighted sun visor on driver's sun visor is broken, 2) The car was used as a daily commuter, so there are various scratches and minor dings from ten years of use. As you can see from the pictures, the paint is shiny and the car is not a "beater", but it could not be described as "mint", 3) the standard alloy wheels are beginning to show some peeling, 4) A/C compressor may need repair or replacement under summer operating conditions. The car drives and rides quietly and straight and true, with no strange noises or issues. Alternator and belts recently replaced. Four matching Goodyear Triple Tread Assurance tires with good tread and good usable full size spare. Full set of mounted winter tires available. Car is in Port Washington, N.Y.
