1970 CT70 Blue in color. 3 speed automatic. Restored about 6 years ago and used very little. New tires, original color new paint, decals, seat cover, new brakes, engine rebuilt. Seat pan has weld before finish paint. Everything on bike works except speedometer and odometer. No idea of original miles but less than 100 since rebuild. Chrome is polished original with some pitting and minor dings. No battery. One decal got a crease in it during application. Tail light cover has minor wear marks. Chain cover has scratch from storage. Usually a one kick starter but it’s getting harder to start from sitting in the garage with no use. Carb may need good cleaning. Trans shifts smooth. Some of the bolts heads are starting to get minor rust stains from storage in garage. Not a show bike but a very nice original restoration. Took second place in a local car/motorcycle show this summer – beating a whole lot of antique Harleys. No title - never had one - but will provide receipt. I will strap to a pallet and take to Forward Air or UPS – you pay full shipping cost and the cost of a couple straps. Anything more than that and you will need to arrange. She is back to being a one kick starter and running like a champ. Noticed the tail light is flickering off and on – may need new bulb or lose wire. I am trying to add more pictures tonight – including while it’s running and of the chain guard scratch (the kids still won’t tell me how it happened). It will probably need a repaint or get creative with pin striping. The pictures show no smoke from exhaust while running with the headlight on - although usually a little at first start up because I always oil fog the carb for storage.On Dec-14-11 at 19:00:38 PST, seller added the following information:The odometer shows 2991 miles. If I remember correctly, I believe that was actual before the restoration. Again, the speedometer/odometer is not working since restoration but I have not really looked into it. Probably connection.
