I am re-listing my car because the winning bidder never came forward to proceed with the sale. Not sure why someone would do such a thing; so I must add that ANYONE without previous positive history and feedback will not be accepted on this auction. I will cancel their bid. This is an original, un-molested, and hard to find 1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe! Everything on this car is original except for the tires. The original tires where aged so they where replaced with new Michelins last year. I purchased this car from the original owner last year and I truly love this car. I just drove past 28k original miles.... and one look at this car and you too will know the miles are accurate! EVERYTHING WORKS AS IT SHOULD!! This can be a daily driver without a doubt, or just keep it as the collectible that it is!! I had to charge the air conditioning system when I bought the car since it was not used in a number of years... it now works perfectly... I replaced the battery, fluids, belts... and I replaced the radio with an aftermarket one. (I still have the original one that comes with the car) the factory speakers are still awesome and work great too. The Interior is excellent, no tears, fading, cracking, odd smells.... nothing! The exterior shines perfectly!! The original paint of course... you can see the vin stamp on every panel. No rust, dings, dents, or damage... other than a one inch scratch in the drivers side. I don't want to touch it. It is not very noticeable.... The motor is as good as it gets. It runs perfectly, and has no issues whatsoever... you can take this car across country tomorrow if you'd like!! The original owner lives two blocks from me and this car has been living in his basement with four other classic cars... He only drove it occasionally, to keep it roadworthy.. mostly for emission testing, oil changes, and of course for fun!! Everything is original!!!! No disappointments here......
