I'm listing this restored 1968 mustang fastback for my brother- in- law who doesn't use the internet.He's spent the last four years restoring it,not a professional job,but very nice.The engine was overhauled by a professional mechanic,less than 500 miles ago,the trannsmission professionally rebuilt less than 50 miles ago.He noticed a vibration in the drive line and had a new driveshaft made and balanced for the car.The car is located near sidney ohio, a couple miles off I-75. The interior is excellent along the the chrome.All the lights and gauges work including the clock.The engine is a 289 with the C4 transmission,a matching number car with powersteering.The odometer reads 99059 miles,but we can't verify those as original.Some of the new parts installed include, in no particular order,new rings,rod & main bearings,cam,lifters,oil pump,valve springs,upper and low ball joints,new gas tank,brake lines,exhaust,two new bumpers,4 new tires,eldebrock manifold with new holley 4 barrel carb,magnum 500 wheels,tranny,torque converter,flywheel,alternator,water pump,hoses and belts,rebuilt steering cylinder,brake drums turned,new dash,headliner,carpet,door handles,cranks,kick plates,fan motor,door panels,4 new shocks,It has 5 coats of acrylic enamel paint,and thousands of dollars invested in the restoration.No paypal on this one,cash on pickup.Payment due within 7 days unless other arrangements agreed to with the owner.The car is being sold as is, where is.Can store for a reasonable time.I've probably overlooked something,if you have any questions just let me know.Thanks.
