Hello and welcome to my my auction, You are looking at my grandfathers 1970 Torino GT Fastback, i got it from him when he could no longer drive it and i had plans of restoring it to its former glory... unfortunately i have to let it go, but i did enjoy driving it while i had it and it got plenty of looks as is! Yes it does run and drive, it has 2012 tags and a clean title in my name. I had it tuned up (could use a little carb tuning) and changed the fluids when i got it because it had been sitting awhile, (my grandfather was meticulous about the maintainence and i have stacks of records!) Restore it to perfection, or cruise it as an original vintage muscle car! It is an original Calypso Coral (orange) sporting the original laser stripes, with Black bench interior in nice original condition (it could use a dash pad, headliner, and carpet). The body, frame, trunk, and floors are in unbelievably great shape and i cant find any rust anywhere! You will not find a more solid and original torino gt fastback then this! It is an original California car built in san jose ford plant, sold in san jose (dso 72) and lived its whole life in sacramento, it still sports both of the original blue plates! All the glass is good, all the trim is there (missing front left side marker light) All the lights and signals work (even the interior lights!) It has the very strong factory rated 300hp 351-Cleveland 4V M-code original engine, doesn't smoke, knock or make any funny noises! auto trans shifts through all the gears and there are no leaks from either one! and it has the big 9" rear end. It has power steering and power disc brakes. Or cashiers check, or wire transfer, if paying by either of these methods the car and title will be held for 7-14 days to allow my bank to completley verify the funds have cleared and posted to my account before i will release the vehicle! The vehicle is used and sold as-is, everything stated above is based on my knowledge and oppinion and that can very widely from person to person.. so please look at the pictures and judge for yourself, if your local your more then welcome to come and inspect the vehicle yourself, if your unable to see it yourself you can send a third party inspector to look at it for you at your expense of course.
