Vehicle Detail
this is a project,so,if you can't do any fabricating/welding/building work, leave now. that said........ this is a project that i started a few months ago, here is the skinny.... the chassis is a 1971 dodge LWB truck frame that i shortened 25 inches and welded it back together, has all new brakes and king pins. truck had 80,XXX miles, 318 small block/727 automatic. has new polished RPM air-gap intake, edelbrock 600 carb, chrome valve covers and breather, mopar performance electronic ignition conversion, new heddman headers,re-corred radiator, new water pump, fuel pump, all new plugs, wires, etc. trans go shift kit in trans and 1800 TCI converter. everything, every light gauge, etc on the truck worked,so the original truck wiring harness and gauge cluster is there to be re-used in the build. has 3.23 geared 8 3/4 rear end. comes with a really good 1947 international truck cab. has great windshield that cranks out at the bottom. windshield and back glass are excellent with no cracks or fogging. cab has some lower rust, dents, dings, bullet-holes, etc. comes with a 50's international farmall tractor grille i was modifying to fit. comes with lots of cool parts for the project. a stainless 18 gallon beer keg, already has cap, electric gauge sending unit and fuel bungs installed, comes with a pair of vintage king-bee headlights, stainless steel battery box, speedway chrome peep mirrors and front turn signals, vintage moon gas pedal, another set of headers. truck has no bed, i was going to fabricate one. one of the best things, this project comes with clear, open titles (and data tags) for both the 47 cab and the 71 chassis!!!! almost everything here to get the truck going. a solid couple of days of welding, fabricating, and assembly and you could be driving this rod. the 71 truck ran and drove great with no issues before it was disassembled about 2 months ago. look here at the pics: http://s207.photobucket.com/albums/bb102/superbyrd/47IHratrodprojnov2011/
