No Reserve, clean California Title in hand, blue and yellow CA plates Bought this as a candidate for a 5.0/5 speed conversion, found out it's one of the more rare 67 1/2 models that came with the low windshield 1600cc with a 4 speed combo, yet got the newer options of the 68 including front disc brakes, 14" rims, wider front fenders, and a few other's. It's registered as a 68 but most of these were Condition, it's been sitting since a partial restoration in 91 including engine rebuild, new upholstery, body in primer. The body is very straight, the only plastic on the car is on the trunk lid and nose of the hood due to rust. Both of these parts are readily available. There are 2 spots under the doors very bottom of the body that have small rust spots, rest of car is clean I have it running on a electric fuel pump, carbs could use a good cleaning, it comes with an extra set including intake. Mechanical fuel pump works, but volume is not enough, warranting a rebuild kit which is $50 on EBay. Other than that I have not driven it around, but the transmission shifts smooth, clutch engages but I would put in a new cylinder to be safe. Brakes work, car rolls easily, tires are new by 1991 standards I have all the trim, comes with a top that has a bad rear window, comes with cover for top when down Seats are installed and newly upholstered, as are all the interior panels which have yet to be installed. Black of course Car is complete, and comes with many extra parts incuding tailights, front bezels, dual carbs with intake, valve cover, brake parts, distributor, brand new door and trunk seals, tons of parts! When I got the car it was in gray primer, still not sure what color it was originally, as I do have the underhood label but it's illegible. I found overspray on alot of parts that was yellow, but I found red on the trunklid? I was headed for Black on Black V8 myself, or drop in one of those nonsmoggable mega HP tuner motors and go drifting? Even if your a novice car builder this car would start at $5k with a cheap paint job, much less all the spare parts. Guarrenteed it's cheaper to ship a car across country than to have all new floors and panels welded in, been there done that, plus you get cool California tags! Great Winter Project, it's small so it fit's in your living room, or get it driving over the weekend and put the pedal down!
