This auction will be for a good looking and good driving 1998 Ford Ranger XLT. This four wheel drive X-tra cab pick up has a good Red exterior finish with a Gray cloth interior. This Ranger is an XLT model and comes nicely equip with power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, tilt wheel steering, air conditioning, cruise control, a custom am/fm/cd player and a remote alarm system. The drivetrain is a smooth and strong running 4.0 liter fuel injected V6 engine with an automatic overdrive transmission, a dual zone four wheel drive system and ABS brakes. The V6 engine runs very well and there are no noises or problems. The automatic transmission shifts smooth and the other mechanics of this Ranger, to include the four wheel drive, suspension and steering are all tight and in good shape. We have all our vehicles serviced and safety inspected before we sell them and if there is a problem it gets corrected before the sale. This Ranger checks out great and is a nice reliable vehicle. The Gray cloth interior has a good appearance. There are bucket seats with a center arm rest, dual SRS airbags, a full gauge drivers display, fold out seats in the X-tra cab area and a split sliding rear window. There are a couple small burn holes in the drivers seat, but they are small and there are no rips or any tears. The interior is complete with no missing or broken trim items and all the electrical items, lights and gauges are working properly. The air conditioning is also working and overall everything is in order with the original owners books included. The Red exterior body is also in great shape. The paint has a nice shine and the body is very straight. There is a small dent to the right rear quarter area and a small scuff on the drivers side lower rocker. The front bumper has some rust scale, but we will be painting that before the sale. There is no other rust or rust problems. The undercarriage is very nice and we see no signs of any previous accidents or repairs. There is a missing front lower driving light, but there are no other missing items. All the glass and trim is in good shape and this Ranger has factory tinted glass, factory chrome wheels, mud guards and a plastic bedliner. Overall there is a very good original appearance on a clean truck. With 131,935 miles this 1998 Ford Ranger XLT X-rtra cab four wheel drive pick up is a good looking and solid vehicle to own. The engine and mechanics are in great shape and the truck drives out very well. The interior has a good appearance and despite some exterior flaws, the body is very straight and original. The tires are in great shape we just had the Ranger serviced. Overall this Ranger is a good light duty work truck or daily driver that is priced right! We will not accept Paypal transfers over $250. Financing is not available at this time. 7)DELIVERY METHODS: A)Door to door shipping is acceptable. There are an endless number of transporters and brokers ready to serve you. We recommend you search the Internet for quotes prior to bidding. We will assist with the delivery any way we can. B)Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates. So we use this standard procedure for out of state transactions. We ask that the buyer makes full payment on the vehicle. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will overnight mail to you the title and our bill of sale. At this point the buyer can register and acquire plates for pick up. Every State tends to have different laws so please check your state first if this is a concern. C)To Fly-In-Drive-Home, please use Logan Airport, Boston, MA. as the airport of choice. From there take the Logan Express Shuttle to Woburn, MA. This is about a ten minute ride and a courtesy pick up from us is available at that point. 8)Payment is to be received in full and all payment methods must clear before the release of the vehicle and/or any paperwork can be given. 9)Unless agreed upon, the vehicle is to be picked up within (7) days. After (7) days the vehicle will be brought to a storage facility subject to their liens for release. 10)Not concurring with any of the above terms could result in a loss of this sale.
