Reliable 1998 Suby Outback with 198,500 miles. Moving out of state and need to sell. I live in Grosse Pointe and work in Pontiac (I listed it in between the two in Royal Oak), so I put about 90 miles on it a day. You can see it in either location, but you must do so PRIOR to Wednesday 11/23 midday, as I will be out of town for the holiday weekend, returning first thing Monday 11/28. AWD is GREAT for the impending winter. In the last year, I PERSONALLY installed a new drive shaft, front left axle (because the drive shaft wasn’t the issue :/ ) , rear brake pads, and just last week I put on new spark plugs and ignition wires. The BAD: ABS wiring is faulty, sometime works, mostly not, but brakes always work Fog lights recently stopped working Rust on rear quarter panels near wheel wells No front floor mats. I’ve been using the ones from my old jeep and plan to keep them. Should have front brake pads replaced soon.Trans occasionally shifts late/hard. Not a regular issue, very sporadic. The trim is loose on the bottom of the doors, the effect is only cosmetic.
