Vehicle Detail

1955 Chevy Belair post/sedan This car was built from the ground up all rot was removed and replaced. Everything on this car is new or rebuilt. It needs nothing. Drive anywhere on pump gas. Body: Everything is solid, the rear sail pan, partial quarters, sills and trunk were replaced with new metal, fenders and doors are solid. The body work on car is done very well, the car was painted with House of Colors Sunburst Ornge and Snow White pearl, it looks awesome even when it is dirty.... The car will turn a head anywhere. All the body molding and trim was replaced with new, including door handles, mirrors, grille, bumpers, emblems, etc. The only used stainless was on the windows which was in good shape. All the glass was replaced except for rear window. Electrical: All electrical, sockets, motors lights, lenses have all been replaced. Suspension: All new!!!! The front has a power rack and pinion steering, Heidt's tubular upper and lower control arms with 2" drop spindles, the rear is a Moser 9" with Moser axles and a 4:10 gear (posi) attached with a Chris Alston Chassis Works ladder bar/ Coil over rear suspension. 4 wheel Wildwood disc brakes, including master cylinder. Drive Train: 406 Chevy Small Block ****Dynoed at 790 HP @ 7000 RPM**** They turned the dyno off and it was still making power, this was underdriven too. Dart Sportman Block - Brand new Eagle Crank and H Beam Rods, JE Pitons, Mellings Pump, Morso Pan, Plazma Moly rings, Moly push rods, Custom Ground Cam motions cam, Dart Pro I Aluminum heads, Crane Rockers, MSD ignition W/ 6 AL box and coil, Stud Girdles, DYER 871 Blower, 2 custom built "Pro System" Carbs. I have all the paperwork from when the engine was built including the dyno sheets. Custom Aluminum Radiator Turbo 400 Coan Trans with Coan 3200 convertor, custom drive shaft and ford 9" Interior: Custom leather interior in great shape, AM/FM with CD stereo.. All chrome replaced inside, all leather, seats, floor headliner is in great shape. It does have a vintage air in it that is not hooked up. I do have the steel hood that goes with it. This car was originally appraised at$60K + before the new drivetrain (I have this paperwork as well). Unfortunately (really Fortunately), I have three active kids and I just do not have time to enjoy the car anymore. That is the only reason I am selling it. Sorry, No Trades
