This Jeep has its original 258 cubic inch motor. It is in great condition and runs like a top! The tires still have the nipples with less than 800 miles on them. The Jeep has its original T-5 (5-speed manual transmission) and it shifts great with no funny sounds or vibrations! A smooth running machine. The original DANA 300 part time transfer case is in great original shape, it shifts in and out of 4 wheel drive with ease and was inspected last year. This Jeep has a factory DANA 44 rear axle in it, it is in excellent condition and was opened and inspected last year. The front axle is a DANA 30 with factory disc brakes and manual locking hubs. The underneath of this Jeep is very nice and dry with no rust or tub stress. The original owner was a female that drove it in town only. The second owner particularly stored it and maintained it. I am the third owner and have driven it back and forth to work. It is solid and tight. The Jeep does have some scratches, small dings, etc.. due to normal wear and tear and being almost 26 years old but never in an accident! The body has never been puttied or worked, it is obvious by the factory spot welds and plastic body plugs still in tack. The rear tailgate has been replaced with an used OEM part. The interior of the Jeep is in good shape, the front seats are in very nice shape. The floor board has no rust and has all of the body plugs. The dash pad is in excellent shape with no cracks. All the lights and gauges work great with no radio but the wires have never been altered from Stock OEM... Actually the entire jeep has very limited modifications, practically stock except for the RANCHO lift and tires. The Jeep has a new BEST TOP soft top as well as a pair of new BEST TOP full doors on it and includes two sets of half doors. One set of half doors have removable half windows. I hold a clear CA title in hand and appreciate this very rare Jeep. Not many left in original shape.
