2007 Plug-In Toyota Prius For sale is a 2007 Toyota Prius which was converted to a Hymotion plug-in system. This was a $10,000 upgrade. The Hymotion system allows for nearly all-electic travel at speeds under 35 MPH. At highway speeds, the battery boosts mileage. Your mileage will vary depending on weather and driving style. In the summer, my MPGs overall were normally between 70-90. In winter, more around 60-70. Most of my drives after a full charge were 30 miles in length - 20 miles at 70 MPH, 5 miles at 60 MPH, and 5 miles at 25 MPH. With this commute, my battery would last 30 miles. I have gotten over 800 miles on a tank before. If you drive a higher percentage on city streets, your results will be even better. If you are just making commutes in town, you may go months without needing to fill if plugged in every night. It charges on a regular 120V outlet and takes about six hours to charge completely. After the battery is depleted, it operates just like a normal Prius hybrid.....at 40-45 MPG. It has a 10 gallon gas tank. I purchased the car with just under 15,000 miles. Current mileage on the car is just under 57,000 miles. The car has been maintained regularly. It runs great and has no issues. I paid $25,600 in January 2009 and will sell for $17,500. The tires were replaced with new ones in late November 2010 with Good Year Weather Handler Fuel Max tires. This is the package six Prius which has leather seats, GPS navigation system, fog lights, upgraded sound system with 9 speakers, garage door opener built in, smart key system (as long as key is in the car, it starts), voice activation commands, bluetooth system for handsfree telephone calls, and 6 disc MP3/CD player. This Prius was previously in a front end collision. The car was meticulously repaired by experienced Prius technicians. All mechanical and electrical systems work as they should. The alignment was recently checked, it is within factory specifications. The car drives wonderfully! The tires are in great condition. The HID headlights, turn signals, horn, wipers etc, all work as they should. All doors fit well and close easily with a satisfying "thunk." Interior The leather interior is clean. The seat upholstery is in pristine condition. This Prius has factory Navigation system, Bluetooth, and a JBL sound system with 6 CD changer and iPod/MP3 input connector in the console. I have an open case to dispute this. I never drove the car in California other than when I bought it to drive it home, so not sure why they listed that. Here was their clarification..... Hello, The odometer problem refers to the not actual miles showing on the report, however there is NOT a mileage discrepancy meaning there is NOT rollback with the odometer readings.
