1968 ford mustang. Barn Find. I was told the car has a 289 with 302 heads. I also have the original engine and transmission for the car but the engine will need rebiult and i don't no anything about the transmission. The car runs and drives but needs a tune up and brake work. Therfore it will need to be trailered home. The car has had an older restoration and still looks good enough for a driver. But I was going to repaint it. All the body pannels are in real good shape with only surface rust in a few spots. It will need the passenger side rear frame rail (200$) and a passenger side front torque box(40$). That's what I no it needs for sure, but as you no when you buy and old car, you always find more things wrong. It has had new floor pans put in in the past but they put them over the old rusty ones. I would cut the rusty ones out. The interior of the car is in desent shape. With only a small rip in behind the drivers seat. And the car rear of the drivers seat needs reattached. I would put new carpet in too. The top is in good shape and works as it should. If you are interested in the car please come and look at the car before you bid if you can. I am trying to discribe the car the best I can, but I don't want the winning bidder to be disappointed. As in most cases the pictures look better than the car realy is.
