0 0 1 644 3674 TracyLocke 30 8 4310 14.0 Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE 1992 Heritage 25th Anniversary Chevrolet Camaro V8 You’re bidding on a 1992 Chevrolet Camaro 25th Anniversary Heritage Edition with 89,500 original miles. There are not many of these 3rd generation Camaros around any more and even less in this condition. Most have been over modified, covered with extras and generally thrashed. This one is different - Clean and original just as it left the factory. Well cared for and ready for a new home. Body is in original factory white color with genuine 25th Anniversary Heritage rally stripes and badges. The body is clean with no rust. Paint is shiny and in great condition. This car gets draws interest wherever I go and gets positive comments with its smooth original lines. Under the hood is the famous Chevy 5 liter V8 (305 cubic inches). It’s all-original with no mods, starts first time and purrs like a kitten. The bodywork and paint around the engine is clean. Mechanically this car has been professionally restored and serviced over the past 2 years with 4 new shocks/struts all around, 4 new tires, brand new exhaust system, overhauled front end and fully rebuilt transmission. I have the receipts for over $6000 for this work that you can have and in the photos you can see how good the tires still are. It goes and handles like a dream, sitting on the road and cornering beautifully. There are no funny noises, knocks or rattles. The interior is stunning with original factory door to door bold red treatment. Red floor and door lining in excellent condition, red seats, red roof lining and even red seatbelts contrast beautifully with a black dashboard and instrumentation. The interior is so bold and clean that people ask if I got it custom made it but no, this is an original Chevy factory job. It comes with factory air-conditioning, power windows, power steering, rear defogger and intermittent concealed wipers. All the gauges work as they should and all the bulbs have been replaced so it lights up beautifully at night. This car still even still has the factory radio installed. Being the 92 year model it has a drivers side airbag and retractable seatbelts front and rear. All rubber and seals are good with no leaks. The trunk continues the red carpet theme, all still in original condition with the spare hidden in a compartment. Underneath the car is solid. I’ve had it up on a lift and had the front carpet up for a look and the body is solid with no rust problems. This car spent its entire life in Tennessee prior to me getting it and I’ve had it steam cleaned regularly so it has no New York winter rust. This Camaro comes with original build specification sheet which matches the car exactly, original owners manual in its folder, even the original dealer cards and spare key are there, not to mention the ‘92 Camaro’ audio cassette still sealed in it’s plastic wrapper and never played. For full disclosure here are the known issues with this car – air conditioner worked fine since I got it but faded out this summer. Both power windows work but driver side sticks a bit and passengers is very slow and sticky. There’s a tear low down in the drivers seat. There is slight fading on some parts of the rally stripes and chipping on some edges. Not noticeable except under close inspection. The paint has some stone chips on front spoiler. I’ve made sure that all these cosmetic issues are clearly visible in the photos. The paint is in very good condition but please note this is not a show car, this is a drivers car that has been very well cared for. Everything else works perfectly and the car is very reliable, starts first time, drives beautifully and looks amazing. I really love this car. I used it to commute once a week but no longer need to. I cannot justify paying for off-street lockup parking in New York for a car I rarely drive. With older generation Camaros reaching sky-high prices this model is destined for classic status if it’s not there already. Please note: No international bidders accepted. If you have zero or negative feedback contact me before bidding. Car is sold as is with no warranty provided or implied. Buyer must make deposit via PayPal and pay full amount within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for pick up of the car, although I will work with your shipper if needed. Happy bidding and good luck!
