Vehicle Detail
I am re-listing this bike due to a non paying buyer with zero feedback. Please, if you do not have the ability to pay for this bike do not bid on this bike. Up for sale is a 1972 Honda CB350 that is a very nice example of an all original survivor bike. The odometer shows 6849 miles. I purchased this bike from the original owner that bought the bike new from the Honda dealership in 1972. This bike is not currently running but it turns over with the starter button just fine (battery is good) and I am confident that with a tank cleaning, petcock and carburetor rebuild it will run well. All of the signals, lights, starter and horn work as they should. The only articles I see missing from the bike are the original tool kit and owners manual. The seat is in amazing condition, all original not a re-cover and actually one of the nicest I have ever seen. The paint and chrome are original to the bike and in very good condition with fantastic original patina, not perfect but very nice for almost 40 years old. There are some scratches in the paint but virtually no fading as is typical on these vintage bikes. The left side exhaust has some rust behind the footpeg and at the very back as shown in the detailed photos. These unmolested survivor bikes are becoming increasingly hard to find with the "cafe craze" in full swing. This will make a fine addition to any collection or a great investment so don't miss your opportunity to own this fine classic while you can still find one in this condition. I am sure there are things that I have overlooked, its not intentional, so please ask questions if needed. I am happy to help in any way I can. I require a $250 deposit through paypal at auction end to hold the bike and the balance within 7 days of auction end. If the deposit or balance is not paid for within the allotted time I will keep the deposit and resale the bike. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and cost. I will agree to hold the bike for up to two weeks after auction end so you can make arrangements to have the bike collected by your shipper. I can also hold the bike longer for $100/month if you need more time to make arrangements. I will not release the bike to your shipper if you owe for storage fees. By bidding on this bike you are entering a binding legal contract and agree to the terms listed in this sale. Balance can be paid for by wire transfer into my business account, postal money order, cash upon pickup or paypal. I will not release the bike until all funds have cleared. Don't miss out on the super nice bike. Thank you and good luck.
