NOVA is an Acronym for the 4 Cars that GM built using the X Body. Chevrolet Nova, Buick Apollo, Pontiac Ventura and Oldmobile Omega. This Ventura 2 is a great car and headturner. Many compliments and thumbs up will be directed toward you in this car. Also it is quite rare to see one in as nice of condition as this one. Car Starts right up and drives great, not a flawless show car but you could easily make this a awesome Winter project. This would be the ultimate Christmas present! Fresh black paint, car gets plenty of compliments wherever you drive. Was painted using PPG Super ebony for the deepest shine. It is totally straight with no dents in the body at all. This car has amazing performance and the best sounding retro v8 you have heard. This car is pushing close to 400hp although I have never raced it., in fact I have only put about 2000 miles on it since I bought it 4 years ago. The rear bumper has a small dent about the size of a dime in the middle of the bumper and it slighty bends in at that point. Not too bad though, see photos. The Dash is cracked slightly aound the steering column. Basically just old, but otherwise the interior on this car looks absolutely great. These photos are of the underbody, trunk, and more engine compartment photos. I zoomed in on any rust spots, and they are all look like minor surface rust and can be easily brushed clean. No rust appears to be through or into the metal. The engine compartment looks dirty, but will clean right up. The white spots are from when it was painted in August and wipes right off. www.e-anchor.biz/images/pontiac.zip When it was painted in August it was a very nice job. It is super straight, and there were only 2 rust spots. The smaller area was a minor rust in the trunk, but it was extremely minor like the size of a couple quarters. The bigger of the two spots was in the Right Rear Fender Wheel Well and Lip. It was relativaly minor as well and this is what my paint guy said he did. It was really just dimpled rust in the metal. 1 He Media Blasted the area. 2 He coated with Phosphoric Acid 3 He used Seld Etching Apoxy. 3 4 Apoxy Primer 5 Applied Base color. This car needs a little love to become a truly gorgeous restoration, I just don't have the time. Good Luck!
