This 1976 Cadillac Eldorado is the last year of the huge drop-top Eldorado and by far the most sought after. This Cadillac Eldorado is all original and has a brand new power top with glass defrosted window just installed at a cost of over 2000.00 dollars three weeks ago comes with warranty card. Also, all the power top relays were replaced too. This Eldorado looks great in it's original and very rare factory "Firethorn Poly" color code 36 paint. The interior is also all original and also rare with its White and Antique Dark Firethorn color keyed Sierra grain leather. (trim code 72) (most came all red). The top is a brand new OEM match to GM bright White (code 11R). Now for details about the exact condition of this Cadillac Eldorado. It is a 1976 with 121,836 miles on it. The car runs and drives great whether long distance cruising or stop and go traffic this car has no issues. The engine is very strong (500c.i.d. V8) and the automatic transmission is very smooth and does not slip at all. The body will need some repair around the rear wheel wheels and far lower part of doors and trunk. It is not rusted through and no rust is showing but the paint is lifting and bubbling in these spots. The plastic bumper parts where the body meets the chrome bumpers are cracked but all new ones are included with the car. The chrome is good, one bumper end has rust but a new chrome one is included it simply bolts on the end of the bumper. The interior like i said is all original and shows wear accordingly. The power seats work and all directions of movement. The leather has stress lines and cracks no major rips or tears at all. The carpet is not ripped or torn but is faded from sun from over the years. The steering wheel has a crack and the faux wood in the wheel not the center is cracking away. The original radio radio works as does heater blower AC will need to be checked. To sum up this is a very rare 1976 Cadillac Eldorado in all the right colors that need a small amount of body work to be perfect. The value of this car in this condition is around 8900.00 with the body work done will be a value of about 17,500-19,500. I have priced it thousands lower then its current condition price.
