1999 BMW 328i Convertible with only 116K miles This is the high end on the 3 series --- Always a CALIFORNIA CAR, no rust and CA emissions ready from its manufactured date. The rear tires have 90% thread left. The car is equipped with Front and Side Airbags Automatic with option for Sport Triptronic (like manual shift) Traction Control Convertible top --- No Rips, as far as I can tell it is still the original top. The rear window has been replaced at some point. The convertible top sometimes needs a small pull when contracting to go down, nothing big but it stops the mechanical flow of the convertible going down on its own. Other than that, it works well opening and closing. Power seats - both driver and passenger. The back rest of the passenger seat is not adjusting due to a broken sprocket in the mechanism. The motor works properly but the broken sprocket prevents it from adjusting. SEATS: The color of the seats is DOVE GREY and they are leather. The front seats currently have a black seat cover. There are no rips on the leather interior, however, the leather on the front two seats has started to crack due to weather. The back seat does not have cracks and is in good condition. Power windows and door locks, power steering Cruise Control ABS (4 wheels) 6 CD Changer NEW BRAKES The corner lights have been changed to clear lights, I still have the original amber lights and will give these to the buyer. TITLE I have the title on hand. The title is salvage due to a front corner collision that occurred last year and damaged the hood and fender yet did not damage any mechanical parts and did not damage the frame, this was professionally repaired and there are no signs of the incident as far as I can tell. Airbags did not deploy and remain in good working condition. The car has not been registered since it was salvaged and is to be registered by the buyer in either of the states. The car has passed a California pre-smog inspection. Don't let the salvage title stop you from getting a great vehicle.
