Vehicle Detail
This is a 1995 Ford F350 Extended Cab Two Wheel Drive Dually Truck. I purchased the truck in March 2011, and I am only the second owner. I purchased this truck simply because it's one of one cleanest sixteen year old vehicles out there I've seen. At the time, I had intended to use this truck with a drop-in camper to take my family camping all spring, summer, and fall. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we've only been camping a handful of times, and I can't justify keeping the truck just for a camping trip every once in a while. I recently purchased another truck from a friend who wanted to sell, and I have no use for two trucks, so I have decided to sell this one. I am certain that it will be a great vehicle for many years to come, as it has been well-maintained throughout its life. I must say, the truck is in excellent shape. There is good tread on all six tires. There's no rust. There are high-end stainless steel running boards. The truck has a 7.3L powerstroke diesel non-intercooled motor, which is still the best motor they've made. The truck gets 13-15 mpg towing my 5,500 lb boat and trailer. It has never had a fifth-wheel ball or gooseneck on it...and has had an easy life compared to others its age. I was told the original owner used to pull a light-gaged aluminum lemon-shake-up trailer from mid-spring to mid-fall. You will see from some of the pictures that there are a few places where the paint chipped off, which was a result of removing a truck cap that had been on it for years. Other than that, the truck is in excellent condition both inside and out. I put the Buy It Now price at $6,500.00 Thats between clean trade and clean retail n.a.d.a. I feel this is fair for this truck. I have a loan on this truck, so I'll pay it off immediately if the winning bid has met the reserve I've set. The loan is held by a local credit union and it will not be any trouble for me to get the title right away. If the winning bidder would like to have the vehicle professionally inspected, I'll gladly take the truck to whichever shop you'd prefer (within a 25 mile radius), but it will be at your expense. Ideally, the winning bidder would come here to pick the truck up. However, I am willing to negotiate on meeting the winning bidder elsewhere. If you should need this, please contact me prior to making your bid so we can work something out. The winning bidder will need to make a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the auction's end through Paypal. The buyer will need to bring the remainder at the time of pick-up, either in the form of cash or certified funds. If you have any questions, if you'd like more pictures, or if you'd like to come check it out, please call Jess at 260-927-3745 anytime between 2-10 pm EST.
