Up for bid is a beautiful classic Chevy 1/2 ton 454, 4 speed, has new headers, exhaust, 6" lift, new tires, new wheels, new carb, and rebuilt heads. This was my late husbands pride and joy, so this is all of the info about repairs made to it. I am quite sure there was alot more done that I don't know about. I am going to have back surgery so I must sell this A.S.A.P. The front tire has blown out and is in the bed of the truck, the wheel is fine, I just don't have the means to fix that.I had taken it to a mechanic who said there was a flat cam shaft, other than that it runs great. You should not drive it until the cam shaft is fixed, it will cause further damage. I have adjusted my price on this truck accordingly to fix those two problems, the cam shaft is a few hundred dollars for the part.This is a great truck for the doityourselfer, and will be stunning when completely restored.I paid 6500.00 for this truck, and like I said to be fair I have adjusted the price accordingly. There is a small rust spot on the drivers side (see pic), the tailgate has some dings and some rust spots( see pic) The interior is in decent condition, The drivers side seat has some crackling in it, on the doors, and the tooling is beautiful!
