1984 CADILLAC Coupe De Ville,"base" model,fully loaded.Body is very good for the year.Minor dent below passenger side door,needs bumper fillers,The CHROME is excellent no rust or haze,the prevoius owner kept it garaged,then left out side for the past year.Paint is good on some parts fair on other parts,vynil top has fade on top sides good,the area where the vynil meets the trim to metal HAs NO RUST,this area typically has rust this car does not have that problem.I put a new die hard battery in on march of this year,new altenator in june,but it seems that the car still needs a jump to start,once its running it's fine but will need the cat removed for better drivability.The interior is excellent minus on small cigarette burn onthe drivers side,I'm a non-smoker and the car does not smell like cigarettes and the ash trays are clean.Transmission is good no overheating problems during my ownership,engine is the HT 4100,has a bad rep but there are still many of those cars on the road with proper maintanence.Tires are good have all wire wheel covers,have the emblems but one will not stay on so i keep it in the trunk.This car is not a junkyard dog and it's not a rust bucket either,I also replaced the coil,dist.cap and 2 belts..The power antenna goes up and down with no issues,the AC is cold and WORKS.Glass is very good..I have a fair reserve on this car.Buer must make all arrangements for transport as I will be turning in the plates soon.My reason for selling is that my home is for sale and I have a garage but room for only one car and the area I'm moving to the parking is tough after a certain time.The car is stored in the garage now.Even the headliner is tight as a drum with no sag whatsoever.Try finding a 80s GM car with the headliner still up and tight.Great canidate for custom work,lowrider or change the engine and soupe her up.Like I stated both bumpers the chrome is excellent and the rubber looks like new.am/FM radio works but the numbers look bad.THIS CAR IS SOLD AS IS...Runs but will need some work to make her run better.U can call me @ 516-770-6404 for any ? needed.Car is stored in Oakland Gardens,near Bayside.I'm the THIRD owner,I have lots of maintnaence records from the previous owner and the bill of sale from the dealer ship,the underbody is very good not rusted out.Has rust on the inside of the drivers side door passenger door is very good,windows go up and down both side but drivers side is slow going up and noisy going down.I also have a repair book that will be included and an extra master cylinder.I will hopefully have the car at the LI CAR SHOW in BELMONT SUNDAY NOV,6th if not sold before then.Thanks for stopping by.On Oct-28-11 at 20:25:03 PDT, seller added the following information: CAR is subject to private sale and listing can be deleted and bids removed so if you really want this car bid,I have a buyer seeing the car on Saturday,NO PAYPAL.IF U use paypal it's like putting your loot in a black hole as I have o access to my account.CASH ONLY...
