Vehicle Detail
1969 CHEVROLET STEPSIDE PICKUP WOW 427 V8 BIG BLOCK and turbo 400 transmission. On top of that it is packaged in a highly desirable 1969 step side body. This is a great running truck, The truck was repainted a few years ago and still shines. It is a candy apple red with a few blemishes but looks respectable cruising. The engine is a highly sought after 427 big block V8 that has been warmed over with a carb-intake upgrade. It has a very nice dual exhast flow master mufflers with 3” pipes that really rumble with the big block engine. Truck is dependable and can be driven distances. It does not over heat, knock, tap, or misfire. The automatic transmission shifts great backed by a B&M shifter and shift kit. The truck has good tires mounted on weld racing wheels It also has the very desirable power brake and power steering options. Stops straight and starts right up when you turn the key. If you saw the truck we auctioned off last week, you know how quick these 1969 step sides sell. This one has more desirable features and a nearly impossible, hard to find 427 BB THIS TRUCK IS BEING SOLD WITH NO RESERVE AND THE HIGH BIDDER WILL BE WALKING AWAY WITH A FASTLY APPRECIATING AND DESIRABLE CLASSIC TRUCK. This is a Georgia truck that has not been rusted out. It has just a few minor places on the bottom of the doors and along the drip rail (that was repaired) with light rust that is not very noticeable. Vehicle does have a custom hard backed tonneau cover that folds or can be easily removed If you have questions call, this truck is sold as is where is without warranty. I personally collect classic vehicles, this is my hobby not my business. I try to describe vehicles to the best of my ability. I like to find vehicles that have good mechanics, are desirable and appreciate, that look good and are fun to drive while you restore them. This is not a restored vehicle nor is it a show truck. This is a great driving vehicle that someone will enjoy and look good in going to cruise nights. This is also a low cost alternative to the 15-20K that a restored desirable truck like this would demand. There is a dent on the leading edge of the hood and along the bottom of the driver’s side rear fender. The bright work and bumpers shine well. The front grill also has a small dent that occurred when the hood was bumped during parking. Bid and add this one to your watch list. It will sell. They are becoming more difficult to find as the collector car market has warmed up to trucks. Prices are going up and collectors are snatching up desirable models like this 69 Chevy step side. The motor itself will be worth the purchase to any collector restoring a corvette. You can call me directly at 404 433 6464 with any questions. Thank you for looking Terry I would prefer bidders with 0 feedback contact me before bidding or I may cancel their bid. This is a no reserve auction and I want to be sure those new to ebay or with little experience understand the bidding process so as to be fair to everyone. I of course realize each of us was once new to ebay. I also wish to thank everyone for their interest in the On Oct-20-11 at 06:15:35 PDT, seller added the following information: Motor could be used to upgrade your corvette, chevelle, or camaro and you would still have a great truck you could drop a motor in
