1992 968 Tiptronic My 968 is a very rare car and gets noticed when on the road. It is equipped with an automatic Tiptronic transmission. I would rather not part with this Porsche but stopped driving it two years ago because I am 75 years old have severe arthritis and it is too difficult for me to get in and out of the car. Shown are all the records of the car since I purchased it in 2004. At 145,033 miles, all belts and seals were replaced, as well as the water pump and thermostat. The car has new brakes, good tires and is in good mechanical condition with 154,000 miles. I have had it up to 140 mph and it still had much more to go, I backed off at that speed because things were happening so fast and all I was doing was aiming it down the road. The body needs paint and some minor interior repair. The camera shows the car in better condition than reality. The dash has two cracks and will need a dash cover. This truly is a beautiful, modern-looking Porsche for a nice price. All major maintenance issues have been addressed. I am selling it since it has sat idle for the last two years and I can no longer use it.
