Up for sale is a 2005 Scion tC. The car has been modded by the previous owner and is a thrill to drive, as well as turn heads, and its a five speed! I bought the car a few months ago, it's certainly an exciting car. Like all good things, they have some negative areas. The bad; the fuel gauge doesn't read correctly, I believe it has something to do with the float on the fuel tank sending unit. Also the gentleman that had this car before me painted a small black stripe on the bottom of the trunk lid. Also, my girlfriend slightly hit the front bumper as you can see in the one picture, the bumper is fine however needs painted. The grille doesn't stay secured to the bumper correctly which can easily be corrected by some double sided tape. The muffler also has a small hole inside. Since I recieved the car, it has had some curb rash on the wheels and the side skirts have some scratches on them. The previous owner was a smoker. The check engine light is on, mainly because the car has not been tuned yet. It also feels like it may need a clutch in the near future. The head unit is installed into a stereo installation kit, however the kit isn't secured, it plays fine though. And lastly; the valve cover slightly leaks, the gentleman that had it before me stripped one of the threads that the valve cover bolts onto, it is held on right now with a bolt and a nut on the other side, however still leaks a little, can be fixed with a tap and a new bolt. Over all its a great car. On to the good side of things. (Sounds nice) Inspected until the end of March of next year. I have a small auto loan on the vehicle so i need a $2000 deposit in order to get the clear title from the bank. Must pick up, also cash or cashiers check only, no bank checks. The car is sold AS IS. No warranties. This car is a joy to drive, it is certainly quick. Don't miss out on this one. When the clutch is applied, or at high rpms, a sound similar to a worn bearing spinning is heard. Also the car has a rough idle.
