Vehicle Detail
This muscle car has never been wrecked. With a straight frame, it drives straight. The springs are in great shape and it drives down the street very smooth. With it being as low as it is, you will need to avoid speed bumps. Minor surface rust on body panels, but has not eaten through. Driver's side door has the most damage. There is a crease that runs along the length of the door, and the bottom is rusting through. I have new GM OEM door hinge bushings and bolts to take care of the driver's side slight slag (passenger side is in great shape). Dashboard on the driver's side is rusting out, and may need to be replaced or a good metal shop could restore it. All glass is factory and has no cracks or chips. Trunk is still in good shape, but needs to be treated. Interior - headliner is in great shape, needs new carpet and driver's seat is torn on seat, but springs are still in great shape.Electrical - all electrical still works, except there is no longer an air conditioner unit. Overall, the motor runs like a champ and transmission gets the car down the street rather quickly. The rear-end is a factory built posi-trac 3.73 by Chevrolet. Therefore, there are no vibrations throughout the drivetrain. This car is capable of running very low 12's to a very high 11 secs. on race octane. Any faster, and you will need to install a roll cage. I chose not to, in order to keep the car as factory and bring more value as I could. I have two factory steel rims with good tires (never used, but are old) and I've misplaced the other two factory steel rims. If I find them, they will be updated here in the description and in the picture. I am also including two Centerline drag rims 15"x10". The video down below just shows that it is in great running condition. In the video, what you hear is a header collector gasket that needs to be changed. From it being so low, you may tend to scrape the gasket over speed bumps. It does need a little care here and there, but other than minor abrasions, it is still a sweet ride.
