This was going to be a V-6 Spitfire but the project has been abandoned for the past 7 years, and now divorce and relocation forces sale. I would have liked to finish this one some day but I am not dragging parts all across the country! Chassis is a from 1969 Triumph GT6+. It has been sandblasted, epoxy-primed and painted in Mimosa Yellow. Front suspension has been hung, on new SuperFlex poly bushings, and new KYB shocks with GT6 springs. Steering rack is mounted on Aluminum solid mounts. Diff is from a Spit and is also mounted on Superflex bushes. I have 2 TR6 halfshafts I was going to use to drive the rear wheels in place of the Rotoflex couplings. The body shell is a Spitfire 1500, not in bad shape. It will need a blasting or a dip before moving ahead. I have one new floor pan included, along with boxes of parts including seat frames, gas tank and a ton of misc pieces, three GT6 doors, one decent GT6+ bonnet with the factory louvers. No interior pieces though, and note that other than the diff, there is no driveline included with the car. I have a World-Class T-5 with a V6 Bellhousing I was planning to use in the car behind a GM 3.4L, that transmission is available *separately* for $100. Have clear previous owner title for the GT6 chassis and the body ID tags. No reserve, this has to go by the end of October so bid to buy, and bring a flatbed and take it *all* please.
