1973 Porsche 911T Targa. This is an interesting car, special order paint in gold metallic (144), one of the prior owners went about converting it to a wide body car. The conversion was done to a high standard, it appears that factory steel ST flairs (9in) were fitted to the front and RSR (15in) in the rear. My thought is that the car should be put back to factory with narrow body parts and the original gold color. Certainly, the sale of the steel widebody parts could offset some of that cost. Wheels are turbo sized three piece units, they do not quite fill out the rear but the addition of two inch spacers would solve that. The car runs and drives well but is running a bit rich and could use a tune up. The underside is completely rust free with the exception of the front suspension pan. The front pan will need to be done in the not too distant future, we can have our metal guy fit a new one for an additional $500. The drive-train is stock and the 915 shifts without crunching, Webers were fitted in place of the fuel injection and look to be nearly brand new. The interior shows well and has a set of vintage sport seats. We are happy to help buyers both foreign and domestic. A local viewing is welcomed and encouraged with appointment.
