1973 Dodge Challenger 36,879 exempt miles The brand new Raven Black paint shines so much it is hard to get a great picture because of all the reflection! As you can see by the pictures the lines are laser straight, with no orange peel or runs anywhere. We have taken many closeups because this car looks as good close up as from a distance. There is no rust on the underside of the car, and a magnet will stick anywhere! The only spot that needed rust repair was a spot just under the drivers floor pan about the size of a softball, and it was professionally replaced with a correct floor pan and looks as close to new as you could hope for. The Goodyear Eagle GTII 70 series raised white letter tires ride nicely down the road and the brand new Rallye wheels give that vintage look that you want on a classic muscle car. Just out of the upholstery shop, the beautiful black interior is brand new including carpet, headliner, dash cap, front and rear and seats. The glass is all good and the windows roll up and down like new. The car has fairly new brakes and they stop the car on a dime! There are new shocks including air shocks on the rear. The 340 4bbl engine has been overhauled and has a purple cam that not only has a great lope to it, it screams when you get your foot into it! The automatic transmission shifts perfectly through all the gears and we know of nothing mechanically wrong that would make us think that it would not drive across country without concern. The headlights, tail lights, signals and wipers work properly. Here's one for you... the original clock still works!! The car was an original air conditioned car. The controls are there but the compressor, etc. needs replaced. The doors, hood and trunk open and close perfectly with one finger and the hinges are nice and tight.
