This auction is for a 2001 Toyota Prius. The exterior is silver in color and has numerous small dents mainly on the roof, hood, and rear trunk probably from hail. The rear bumper has some spider cracking on the left side which is only noticeable from about five feet away. All four tires have 75% tread left on them which are on upgraded stock alloy wheels. The interior is in good condition with an in dash touch screen control center which displays consumption and energy charts as well as radio. It has an in dash CD player as well as many options including power windows, mirrors, locks, climate control with great ac and heat, and an outside temperature gauge. There is a check engine light on as well as a yellow caution light which can be seen in the pictures on the top mph/gear select digital screen. All signs point to a bad battery. This car starts and runs but appears to need a new hybrid battery and will need to be towed. The Prius has inspection until June 2012 and mechanically nothing else appears to be wrong.
