Im selling my 1996 Audi A4 VR6. It has less then 180k miles. The car runs excellently. Very reliable! The reason for selling is because I had no need for 3 vehicles. New tires were just put on the car. Water pump and timing belt are also new. Just replaced the wheel bearings as well. The following is a list of the minor blemishes or minor problems with the vehicle: - Missing lower valence on the front bumper - Rip in the drivers seat leather about the size of a fist (see pictures). Other then that drivers seat the passenger seat and entire back seats leather are in EXCELLENT condition. - Rear spoiler has faded clear coat (see pictures) - Small dent by right rear tail light (see picture) - The Air Conditioning needs to be charged. - The electronic door looks are inoperative. They locks can be locked manually and opened with a key or by hand. - The cd player is an aftermarket IPOD adaptable unit and currently installed and is in perfect condition just not plugged in to the wiring harness. - The sunroof works perfectly. There is a bit of an intermittent short because the sunroof will pop open and close randomly with approximately once a month occurrence. Once it pops open it then closes again within a second. - The electronic control panel for the heat and air conditioning display has an intermittent short as well. The display will occasionally go away and come back. This does not effect the functionality of the heat or AC. - The exhaust system has a small hole forming at the flex pipe.- Drivers side window needs a power modulator. The car is in excellent condition overall. The above listed problems are all minor and do not effect the performance or drivability of vehicle whatsoever. I wanted to list every problem, albeit some being very minor, so the buyer is aware. The electrical problems listed above with the sunroof, display and door locks are most likely all connected to the same circuit. Once the buyer fixes the one problem (if he or she chooses to) most likely all three will be fixed because of them all being connected to the same circuit.
