Car has always been in a warm, dry climate, hence not a bit of rust. It was originally sold in Pasadena, CA, but moved to New Mexico in 1978 with the original owner. It then went to to original owner’s son, who brought it to New Mexico. I bought the car from him and brought it to New York, but haven’t had time to play with it. It’s solid, and the car is in drivable. According to my mechanic, the car needs some rear brake work. Once this is done, he says the car could “easily go across the country.” After that, the car could either be used as is or as a candidate for restoration. As far as cosmetics, the car needs paint. Rear end had a slight dent which was repaired and shows new paint. Front seats were recently reupholstered and look brand new. Headliner and remaining upholstery are in good condition. Upper and lower dash pads have cracks from dry climate. Windshield has crack. See pictures. Air conditioning compressor was removed but comes with car. Once reinstalled A/C will work. All gauges, lights, and switches except for the clock work. Electronic overdrive works. Car comes with spare tire, jack, jack key, jack handle, and owner’s manual.
