While this is not normal inventory for us, when we saw the color, condition, and featurs of this truck, we just had to bring it home. This 2008 GMC Canyon 4x4 truck looks great, runs like a dream, and is set up perfectly for all types of trades. It will certainly be affordable, is very functional, and just needs a new place to call home. We have decided to SELL IT WITH NO RESERVE AND THE BID STARTS AT $1.00!!!! FORGET ABOUT ALL OF THOSE RESERVE AUCTIONS AND TRY A TRUE AUCTION. THIS TRUCK WILL BE SOLD TO THE LAST BIDDER........NO MATTER WHAT!!!! Most dealers would list this truck with a hefty reserve, but not Valley Auto Sport.....we've got the best merchandise and no reserves. Now for a few details. This is a one owner pick-up truck that was used by a technology/electronics installation company. It was leased as part of a larger fleet, and appears to have been barely used. It even comes with a fully documented service history that you can see in the Carfax link below!! Power comes from the GM 3.7L Inline 5-Cylinder engine that produces almost 250 horsepower and motivates this truck to highway speeds with no problem. Shifting is done by a multi-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. One of the best features is that this one has 4-wheel drive which is pretty rare for a fleet truck like this given what it was used for. The Canyon replaced the Sonoma several years ago, and has been a huge success. It looks great with the updated styling, has everything you need in a work truck, and is very smooth and easy to drive. While this isn't the fanciest model available, it has Ice Cold Air Conditioning and a very high end Fiberglass Body on the back that would be perfect for specialty contractors, delivery drivers, service techs, or sales reps. Made by Decoma, this body has rear barn doors and a curb-side entry door as well. It is about 47" tall inside and 7' long. The cargo area is all set up with racks, bins, and shelves by Adrian Steel so all you have to do is load up the tools of your trade and get to work. There is a Cargo Light to see what you're doing and also has a Power Inverter to plug in your laptop or other electronics at the job-site. The biggest benefit of a truck like this is that someone else bought it new and treated it well. Think of all the money you can save versus buying new. All of the initial new truck depreciation has already been paid leaving nothing but a great deal for the new owner. Listen, why even consider a new one when a gently used one like this is available for purchase at a price like this. This late model Canyon has very low miles, most of which was done up and down the highway. There are plenty of pictures below for you to take a virtual tour, so please be patient while they load. This is the perfect truck for a sales fleet, service tech, or small contractor/handyman. The price will be right and the quality is great!! Outside the beautiful White paint shines and glistens and we can find no dents, or damage to report. You may find a light scratch or mark here and there, but certainly nothing to be concerned about. The condition is exceptional and the ride quality is great. Carfax does list a couple incidents in the past, but we have had it inspected and see no signs of any issues....we assume they were quite minor. Inside, the vinyl is smooth and supple with no holes, tears or stains. This is a gorgeous truck that we are very proud to be selling. As always it has been professionally detailed by Shiner's Automotive Detailing and serviced including fresh oil, filter, and a thorough safety inspection. It is riding on size 235/75 R-15 tires with about 70% tread remaining. Listen folks, you will have a hard time finding a higher quality used truck anywhere being sold in an absolute auction format.
