Up for auction is 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback “C” code rolling shell. The car does have a clear Tennessee title. This is a perfect project car to be able to restore to factory condition, a Shelby Clone or an Eleanor. The auction does not include a motor or transmission. It does have the stock rear end with drum brakes, it is unknown if the rear end has a posi unit or not. The back glass and both side/door glass are included with the car along with all of the chrome trim that goes around the front and rear glass, sorry but the front windshield is not included. There are various parts and pieces that will be included with the car, both doors (both doors have slight rust at the bottom of the doors, but both are solid usable doors), both front fenders, hood, 2 deck lids (one new and one old) turn signals/marker lights, brake light housing, windshield and rear glass chrome, part of the chrome for the side doors, window vents and inside vent sliders and various interior pieces( sorry, no seats are included with car), please review the pictures to see all of the items that are included with the car. The car does have the typical problem areas of rust, the lower quarter panels/wheel wells, floor board is completly rusted through, etc. The torque boxes and frame rails look and sound to be solid. The front radiator support and the attached sheet metal have been removed up to the shock towers. It appears that someone started to do a restoration and then stopped. Please review the pictures for the condition of the car and the parts that are included with the car. I do have additional pictures that can be e-mail, please contact me and I will send them. Please remember, this is a car shell that has been off of the road and out of service for some time and it is a rolling shell that needs restoration, this is not a car that is ready to go straight to paint or to be put back on the road.
