For sale is a project or parts 1966 Porsche 912. My dad purchased the car sometime in the 80's and drove it occasionally during summers. The vehicle was on the road up until 1995 when it was in a collision to the left front - forward of the tire. Most of the damage was to the already rusty battery box and front suspension pan that the hood attaches to. At that point, I put the car in my garage and began a restoration. I cut away much of the damaged metal, purchased some new sheet metal (front pan & gas tank support) from Pelican Parts, and removed the interior. Over time I lost interest, and it has come time to get rid of this project that has been in my garage since then. The car includes all the parts from when it was on the road minus the front windshield, I broke that while removing it. There is rust in all the normal areas but the only place I can find that has rotted through is the bottom of the small compartment under the hood. The engine was running normally before the accident, and still turns today. The color was white, I am not sure if that was the original color but I never saw any other colors under the parts I sanded and primed.
