1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Resto Mod, Gasser, Drag Car Project Up for sale is a perfect candidate to build whatever you dream. This was my Resto-Mod Chevy that was days away from being completed when it had a small interior fire. There is no engine or transmission with this car as it was put it in something else. Too many projects currently and would like to see this car go to a good home. Looking beyond the charred finish, the body is very nice. All of the stainless trim is in exceptional condition with no dings, dents or creases. You would obviously have to clean and polish it to make it pretty again. The exterior chrome actually survived surprisingly well. If you look at the rear bumper area where we cleaned the chrome it looks great and would not have to be replated. The exhaust system is complete minus the headers. The frame and floors are solid. The complete floor assembly was replaced prior to fire and done very well. The front bumper, grill and grill trim are not included in the sale however they are readily available both original and reproduction. The car does have a Power Disc Brake Conversion kit already installed. As I mentioned in my other auctions, this is your opportunity to legally bid early and often! Good luck bidding! Also the new exhaust system is a Stainless Steel System by Dynamax with the "X" crossover. The front fenders and inner fender wells were brand new and cost over $2,500.00. They did not get dented or warped from the fire.
