There aren’t as many today but you can be a lucky one and consider this 289cid V-8 motor that is mated to a 3-speed Select Shift Cruise-O-Matic transmission. This Candy Apple Red over code#2A vinyl black bucket seats were a popular color combination in the mid-sixties. This car was born early in February – 1967 on the Metuchen assembly line and optioned with an AM radio, white wall tires and wire wheels with spinners, carpeting, floor mats and much more. 1967 was the 3rd year of production for the first generation Mustang. By then, the competition was growing from across town so you will see a larger, more aggressive car this year. With the larger car came a larger interior and trunk space. Exterior trim changes included concave taillights, side scoops, square outside rear view mirrors, side markers and the usual gas tank cap change. The “Pony Interior” was discontinued this year in favor of a new deluxe package, which included brushed stainless steel, seat buttons, tilt wheel and special paneling. Air conditioning vents were incorporated into the dash. This is a must car for open air driving. With this powerful V-8 you will quickly notice the dual exhaust system. The paint and top are in good condition as well as the tires and undercarriage. If you are looking at getting into the popular pony car market please consider this car. For the money that this owner has invested in this car you will be able to drive it anywhere and have peace of mind during the entire trip. Take another look at the pictures and visualize yourself behind the wheel of this car. If you’re looking to have a fun car that will also prove to be a time-tested investment, there are few better places to invest your money than a Mustang. These early models have always been some of the most sought after cars by collectors and for good reason. Where else can you find this much classic American iron for so little money? It will turn heads at any show, Main Street or the shopping centers across this land. 1967 Ford Mustang for Sale 1967 Ford Mustang for Sale Stock #00499-ATL (866) 542-8392 - (704) 598-2130 sales@streetsideclassics.com Showroom Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm 1967 Ford Mustang for Sale VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS ENGINE: 289 BODY STYLE: Convertibl TRANSMISSION: Automatic EXTERIOR COLOR: Red MILEAGE: 89,619 INTERIOR COLOR: Black VEHICLE FEATURES & OPTIONS Seatbelts,Vinyl Interior,AM Radio SELLER REMARKS Go back in time when convertibles like this 1967 Mustang convertible were on the streets of America.
