Very nice 1965 305 Dream. I'm the second owner for the past 26 years. I've put on less than 3000 miles since I purchased it. It was last registered in 1990 and I have a transferable registration. Always garaged and maintained. I'm selling it because I have other bikes more practical to ride, been moving the bike around with me whenever I relocate and quite frankly, I need the garage space. I'm quite certain there is someone out there who would be appreciate and use it more than I have. It simply sits in my garage and collects dust, which is ridiculous! It's a unique bike, but I'm being realistic with myself and other than the pride of ownership, don't really see it being ridden by me. Ok, enough about my mental state!! Haha!! The paint is all original, except for a few minor touch ups here and there. I replaced the front tire, had the seat recovered, new spark plugs, points and replaced the rectifier many years ago (around 1987). 3 years ago, I had the tank lined, replaced the clutch, rebuilt the carb and fuel shut-off valve.That's all I've done, aside from a few batteries over the years. The bike runs, shifts and stops great!! Just needs a new battery. I do have the original chrome trim piece that goes around the seat. Is it perfect? No. Is it very nice? Yes.
