Vehicle Detail

This stunning, all original car has a hi gloss black paint, flawless black leather interior and black power convertible top, she’s dazzling and a real head turner. Triple black is one of the most desirable color combinations for this car. Factory features include: power convertible roof, six-way power leather seats, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, intermittent wipers, fog lamps and air conditioning. Perhaps most importantly, she handles, sounds, and accelerates as a Porsche should. This is one of the outstanding years for the classic 911 Carreras (87-89). She has the (G50)950/01 five-speed manual transmission, “bullet proof” 930 - 3.2cc air-cooled engine. The Engine is extremely clean, with no leaks and no issues. She has a Carfax to my ownership, has been lovingly driven, and well-maintained. She has 81,700 miles of fun on her, with many, many more trouble-free fun miles to go. She has never been used as a daily driver, never taken out in the rain and has been garaged and kept under a cover. I am a non-smoker and have never allowed smoking in the car (even with top down); and I believe the same is true of the previous owners. A few people have asked about flaws the car has, and she is not perfect but she has never been in an accident. As with all of these cars, the low sloped hood is a magnet for stones and there are lots of stone chips on her hood and front bumper. There are a few minor dings and several small scratches that would likely buff out. Let me know if you have any specific questions. Summary: · 1989 Porsche 911 (930) Cabriolet ~ last year before the 930 model was discontinued · “Triple Black” ~ Most desirable color combination · Mileage ~ 81,700 · Exterior ~ original glossy black (previous owners confirm it never had any paint or body work and I can’t see any evidence to prove differently), as with all 911’s, the hood has a lot of stone chips, I’ve debated having it re-painted but that may jeopardize the value · Interior ~ black leather in excellent condition, no cracks, no split seams, dash in perfect condition with no cracking or bubbling, driver’s side floor mat show “heal” wear. · Engine ~ 6 Cyl, 3.2 liter air (oil) cooled · Transmission ~ 5 speed manual Getrag G-50 · Wheels ~ Polished aluminum, the original Fuch wheels have stripped of black paint and polished to a brilliant shine · Power convertible top ~ excellent condition, no fogging on the rear window · Stereo ~ Alpine CD player with iPod connection/control with hook up in glove box · Garage kept ~ Custom Craft, custom fitted cover included) · Power windows, power door locks, power windows, power sport seats · Cruise Control · Intermittent wipers · NADA Book values ranges from $21,900 to $34,400.
