You are bidding on a 1956 Packard 400 Hardtop, the car has not been driven since 1994. The engine runs, it will need the usual refurbishments to make the vehicle run properly, ie carb overhaul plugs , wires etc. The trans worked fine and doesn't leak, it is the electric shift. The car has torsion ride suspension, power windows and seats which are not working,several switches are missing. The car has a broken windshield and several of the side windows are cracked and fogged. there is rust in the rockers and doors and the fender tops. One moulding is missing on the right quarter. the rear bumper extensions are not rusted through, the gas tank is bad and will need replaced, this is a very nice auto to restore. The vehicle must be paid for within 7 days and picked up within 30 days from auction end for I am moving, NO exceptions. Buyer is responsible for pickup and shipping. Overseas buyers same applies.
