You are looking at a 1987 Honda Fat Cat in really good condition and runs great. All of the plastic is "like new", as it was all bought new from Honda about 8 or so years ago when it was still available, and it hasn't been out of my yard since. I would rate this bike as an 8 out of 10, but if someone were to take it apart and repaint the frame and wheels it would look new again. You will not find one with nicer plastic though.
