Vehicle Detail

Wedding in December, so it's time to sell my dream bike as we'll be starting a family. The Triumph Rocket (non tuned down version), is in my opinion the best cruising bike available. It's very comfortable, but has so much power that you will NEVER be bored. This 2005 Triumph Rocket III is a great example of that. The newer "cruising" versions have a significantly tuned down motor. This bike has over 140 horsepower, and over 140 ft/lb of torque stock. I owned a Hayabusa years ago which was really fun to ride by myself, but to ever go two up or ride for long distances it really became uncomfortable. I also owned a BMW bike many years ago that was comfortable and well made, but lacked power enough to keep me excited when I felt like it. My last bike was a Suzuki M109R, which at the time I thought was the best compromise of comfort/safety vs. speed/power. I've found that the Triumph Rocket is really the best of both worlds. Very well made English bikes with a lot of history and allure to the brand. This bike was bought new by the previous owner who commuted daily on it. It's got just under 25k miles on it now. I had it serviced extensively at the Triumph dealer in Concord. I have over $2000 in receipts for the 30k service by the dealer (I did it over 5k miles early), and brand new Metzler tires from about 3 months ago. This is as complete of a service as they have available. All fluids are new, valved adjusted, etc. This bike is used, and is not a brand new showpiece. There are chips and scratches like you would expect on a bike that was used as a motorcycle instead of a piece of jewelry. This bike has a ton of accessories which I'll list below for clarity. I'm looking to sell it asap, but will not accept ridiculous offers. -Custom handlebars (like "beach bars") for added comfort and improved looks -Kuryakyn grips, and bar ends -Corbin Beetlebags w/locks (have some scratches and knicks from car doors opening into them) -Corbin Trim-Tab (not mounted on bike) -Custom headlight flasher switch for safety -Corbin touring seat with backrest (this is the one that was used for most of the miles) -Nearly new Triumph gel touring seat -Nearly new Triumph stock seat and passenger seat YES, 3 seats in total, 2 of which are basically new -Stock handlebars -Floor boards, and foot controls -Stock foot pegs, and controls -highway bars -clock -Black radiator trim (mounted), and original chrome radiator trim -Braided steel brake lines -Braided steel clutch cable (not installed) -New tires -Leather Triumph service log (brand new) -Triumph leather tank trim w pocket which proves perfect for garage door opener -Triumph rear backrest ) not mounted I'm sure that there is plenty more that I have not listed. Basically, this bike has had no expense spared on it to get it to be as comfortable and functional for a cruising bike setup. The original stuff is included if you wanted to return it all to stock. Just the Corbin parts alone cost close to 4k originally. Please reply to this ad with any questions or to schedule a time to see it.
