PLEASE read the entire listing including questions asked by others and view all pics before asking questions that may have already been answered, it will save us all some time, THANK YOU ! This is a one owner 1972 gran torino "sport" with a 302 and a 3 speed manual (on column) transmission. I have an "owners card" or "warranty id card" from ford with a metal tag matching the vin of the car that is issued when purchased, its has the same owners name on it as the title does and has an in service date of Feb 10 1972 on it. It is 99 percent original as the day it came off the assembly line (new battery). It has been in dry and heated storage since 1980 and has only 13,453 original miles on it. The last pennsylvania state inspection on the windshield is 1980-1981 (PICTURED). It has had no paint work, wrecks, repairs etc etc etc. The interior is pretty nice with only some very light fading on 2 of the door panels, the headliner is dirty and has one hole in it, the carpet is nice, the dash (front and rear) have no cracks or discoloration on them. There is no rust anywhere on this car, the undercarriage is very nice as well. It does have some minor dings (PICTURED) and some paint specs from daily use (mostly on the lower edge of the car). It does run and drive just fine ( like new ! ) but obviously should have some measures taken before it is driven any kind of distance, the tires, belts and hoses should be changed. Lights , radio , seatbelt buzzer etc etc are all in working order. Has disc brakes on front and drum on rear (has a 9 inch rearend). There is some bubbling on the top of the driver side back window under the vinyl top (PICTURED). There are absolutely no rattles, funny noises, or exhaust leaks on this car. The doors, hood and trunk all shut like new as well. This is just a very solid and original matching numbers survivor car ! I will assist the new owner with any and all shipping arrangements to help make this transaction as pleasant as possible. I also travel often so personal delivery by me may also be an option within 1000 miles of zip 16301.......................if you decide to make an offer, let me know the details of your offer, such as CASH or BANK CHECK or PAYPAL for payment in full.
